Restaurant will receive your order and then confirm it for delivery by marking it as an OPEN order. Once the order is ready the status of the order will be change to SENT which means that the order has left for delivery. During all this process consumers will be able to see the status of their orders. Restaurants will add comments in case there is any change in order or there is any issue. All these comments will be available for consumers to view and act accordingly.
